AI Bexa is operated by Jeev Ventures LLC, doing business as AI Bexa. You can contact us at info@aibexa.com.
Using our products
Our software is for businesses. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18, you are authorized to act for the business, and the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for what you and your team do with the account, for keeping sign-in details private, and for the content you upload or send.
You agree not to use our products to send spam, to message people who have not agreed to hear from you, to break any law, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Text messaging program
Bexa Cadence sends SMS messages on behalf of businesses that use it. The program works like this:
What you receive. Replies to an inquiry you made, appointment and consultation reminders, follow-ups about your event or service, and account notices. These are conversational messages, not bulk advertising.
How you opted in. You gave a mobile number on a business’s contact form, texted or called a business number, or agreed in writing to receive texts.
Frequency. Message frequency varies by conversation.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation and no more texts.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@aibexa.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information. Mobile numbers and consent are handled as described in our privacy notice. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Businesses using Cadence to text
If you use Bexa Cadence to send messages, you are the sender. You agree to text only people who have given you consent, to keep a record of that consent, to honor every opt-out at once, to identify your business in the first message, and to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CTIA messaging principles, and carrier rules. Automated texts are not sent outside the quiet hours set in the product. You will register your business for 10DLC texting when asked; messages cannot be delivered until carriers approve it.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage such as texts and calls is paid for with prepaid credits that do not expire. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; the change applies at your next renewal.
Your content
You own what you put into our products. You give us the permission needed to store, process and send it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. You can export your data at any time and delete your account; message history is removed within 90 days of closing an account.
Our content
The software, its design and its name are ours. You may use them as part of the service and not otherwise.
Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any message will be delivered — delivery depends on carriers and networks outside our control.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Jeev Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your account. We can end or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections about payment, content, liability and governing law survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
