This website is operated by Jeev Ventures LLC, doing business as AI Bexa. You can contact us at info@aibexa.com.
What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your email address, the date you subscribed, and a record of your consent to receive AI Bexa news and updates. If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the website. The signup form also uses a temporary session cookie for security. Short-lived, keyed hashes of IP addresses are used to limit repeated requests; the signup application does not save raw IP addresses in the subscriber list.
How we use it
We use subscriber information to maintain our update list and send the news and updates you requested. We use technical information to keep the site working and reduce abuse. Subscriber information is not used to train AI models, sold, or shared for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
Subscriber records are stored on our IONOS hosting account with restricted administrative access. Service providers may process information as needed to host the site or deliver communications on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Text messages
Some of our products, including Bexa Cadence, send text messages on behalf of the businesses that use them: replies to an inquiry you made, appointment reminders, and follow-ups you asked for. Messages are sent only to people who opted in — by giving a mobile number on a contact form, by texting or calling a business number, or by agreeing in writing. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. They are shared only with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver the messages, and only so they can deliver them.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email info@aibexa.com. Opting out stops automated texts from that number right away. Our terms of service describe the texting program in full.
Information you give a business
When you contact a business that uses our software, what you share goes to that business. They are responsible for how they use it, under their own privacy practices. We process it only to run the software for them.
Your choices
Subscribing is optional. To unsubscribe, correct your details, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your subscriber record, email info@aibexa.com using the address you subscribed with. We retain subscriber records while you remain subscribed or until they are no longer needed for the purposes described here.
Cookies and external links
This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from this website. Links to Bexa Hub take you to a separate website with its own privacy notice. Future products may have additional terms and privacy information.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The updated version and date will appear here.
